Project Description: One non-self-propelled, double hulled, and sub-divided as shown on plans.  The mid-body is subdivided into five (5) main cargo tank pairs.  The completed barge shall be certified by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) for carriage of Methanol, a Grade C flammable liquid cargo, and to comply with applicable USCG Regulations in effect at the time of contract signing.

The specification states in Section 1.4 that an Electrical Load Analysis and a One-Line Diagram would be provided. We did not see these drawings in the package. Please provide these drawings.

The RFP includes DBE forms, but we do not see what DBE goal is to be met. Please provide information on DBE % goal in the contract.

The required federal contract provisions include the Davis-Bacon Act. Please confirm the Port considers this project to be subject to Davis-Bacon, and if so, we need the prevailing wage determination applicable to this project.
