Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form published in the Contract Documents.

The bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number unless a statement on the exterior says the bid enclosed is less than or does not exceed $50,000.00. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked, and addressed with the Project Name as shown above.
