The work to be done under this contract consists of the following: Demolition of existing steel, CMU & brick building, approximately 17,400 sq. ft., including asbestos abatement and hazardous materials removal.
Bidders are invited to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at the Orleans Levee District Administration Building – 6920 Franklin Avenue at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, in the Conference Room located in Franklin Avenue Administration Building at 6920 Franklin Avenue. Participants will visit the physical site at the
conclusion of this conference.
