Administrative Consultant Services
 
The Parish of Ascension hereby issues a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an “Administrative Consultant”.  Qualifications will be received by the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Department, 615 E. Worthey Street,  Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 (mailing P.O. Box 2392, Gonzales, LA 70707), until 04:00 p.m. local time on  March 12, 2019.  RFQ’s received after 04:00 p.m. will not be accepted.
 
Administrative Consultant Services
HUD Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program
HUD No. LA009 (HUD ACC-FW 2195)
 
The Parish of Ascension desires to obtain Professional Administrative Consultant services for a program funded by HUD funds and subsequent implementation of that program.  The type of project involved is:
A Consultant for management and administrative services required by the Parish for the administration and implementation of its Section 8 Housing choice Voucher (HCV) program.
 
Six (6) copies of proposal required.  Specifications/bidding documents may be obtained at the Ascension Parish Government, Purchasing Department located at 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737. All addenda, corrections, and responses to this public notice shall be posted to http://www.centralauctionhouse.com.
 
The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid , response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.  Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
