NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to banks domiciled in the Parish of Catahoula, State of Louisiana,  that the Catahoula Parish School Board will receive sealed bids for a Fiscal Agent and Depository Bank for the two year period beginning July 1, 2019, and ending June 30, 2021.  Bids will be opened and read aloud in public session of said Board at 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 4, 2019.
 
Bids must be sent by certified or registered United States mail with a return receipt requested.  Bids may delivered in person, in which case a written receipt will be issued.  Bids will be received until 4:00 P.M., Monday, June 3, 2019.  All bids should be sent or delivered to Christi Lofton, Business Manager, Catahoula Parish School Board, P.O. Box 690, 200 Bushley St., Harrisonburg, LA  71340.
 
All bids are to be submitted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana which regulate contracts for Fiscal Agent and Depository Banks
