The work is generally described as follows:
 
Base Bid: Project involves the surfacing and resurfacing of stone drives and parking areas, installation of new P.C.C. paved parking area, sidewalks, subsurface drainage and interior restroom improvements including mew floor tile, painting of walls and sink fixture replacement.
 
Additive Alternate No.1: This alternate includes additional P.C.C. paved parking area.
 
Additive Alternate No. 2: This alternate includes replacing P.C.C. paved parking area under canopy, demolition of P.C.C. drive and replacement with stone surfaced drive.
