Request for Proposals for the Smith County School District
 
Notice is hereby given by law that sealed competitive proposals will be received by the Smith County School District, Raleigh, Mississippi, up until 10:00 a.m. September 11, 2023 in the Office of the Superintendent of Education located at 212 Sylvarena Avenue, P.O. Box 308, Raleigh, MS 39153. Bids will be opened on said date at 12:00 p.m.
Bids are being accepted in the following areas:

Data Coaching

The RFP calls for K-3 training and 4-12 intervention. Our multisensory reading training has two levels (K-2 for phonics-based Orton-Gillingham and 3+ for vocabulary/fluency/comprehension/morphology). We also have a foundational (optional) course in Phonological Awareness. Should all be included in the bid, or only K-2?

Our company does not provide interactive reading software for students; our software is designed to help teachers build lessons, differentiate instruction using assessment data, and monitor reading progress. Should we still submit a bid without this element?
