Advertisement for Request for Proposal           
Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School Board Purchasing Department, located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70508.  Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal.

RFP# 39-18
 
The RFP #39-18 is to obtain a proposal for the procurement and installation of desktops and laptops for Southside High School within Lafayette Parish School District.
 
Request for Proposals will be accepted at the above stated date and time at the Lafayette Parish School System Office Building.  Only the names of the parties submitting proposals shall be announced in the Personnel Conference Room.
 
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held in the LPSB Central Office Board Room at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508 on August 16, 2017 at 11:00 am CST.
 
An official Request for Proposal Package may be obtained from Purchasing Department of the Lafayette Parish School System located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508 or the Purchasing Department website at www.lpssonline.com/purchasing.  Proposal information may also be viewed online, and electronic proposals may be submitted online at www.centralauctionhouse.com.  Specifications will be available Friday, August 4, 2017.
 
The Lafayette Parish School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services. To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase or sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available. 
 
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for just cause.
