The Washington Parish Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness has received a grant through the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and will be accepting sealed bids for the installation of the necessary components at 6 locations for customer owned generators and 2 additional locations with transfer switches. The bid prices should include all labor, materials and equipment using a DESIGN/BUILD approach. The successful contractor will be chosen by the parish according to the best design/build approach. Vendors may bid on one or all projects listed within the bid specifications.
