Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified firms to provide a study to determine the cost and feasibility of establishing and operating public Emergency Medical Services (EMS) within and for Jefferson Parish Hospital Service District No. One (West Bank) and Jefferson Parish Hospital Service District No. Two (East Bank) for the Jefferson Parish Administration and Council.
 
PROVIDE A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY, WHICH SHALL CONTEMPLATE, AND FULLY ADDRESS STARTUP/FUNDING, ADMINISTRATION, OPERATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC MEETINGS AS RELATED TO EMS SERVICES WITHIN JEFFERSON PARISH HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1 AND JEFFERSON PARISH HOSPITAL SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 2.
 
All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vendor’s technical proposal, qualifications and experience, financial profile and proposal responsiveness and other criteria more specifically defined in the RFP document.  The maximum total points for each proposal are set at 100 points
