Bids for
North Oaks Health System purchase and installation of Rotoclave Grinder and Conveyer Belts
Will be received and opened on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Material Services Department of North Oaks Medical Center located at 15790 Paul Vega MD Drive, Hammond, LA 70403. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the time and date mentioned above.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR BID ARE AS FOLLOWS:
The specifications listed below are used only to denote the quality standard of product desired and do not restrict bidders to a specific brand, make, manufacturer, or specification named; these specifications are used only to set forth and convey to prospective bidders the general style, type, character, and quality of product desired; and that equivalent products will be acceptable.
SPECIFICATIONS FOR BID ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Sterilized Medical Waste Shredder Machine

HMI control screen interface with an Allen Bradley PLC.
Self-diagnostic panel with alerts of a specific fault.
An event history will store pertinent operational information for review.
 
1 ea. 75 HP drive motor with fluid coupling and driveshaft power transfer, high production medical waste processing rotor, reversible stainless-steel screen, and complete Allen Bradley control panel with all required starters in a NEMA 4 enclosure.
 
ACCESSORIES:
1 ea. Stainless Steel Shelf
1 ea. CDI 500 Module to communicate with the Central Control Monitor.
