Either sealed paper bids or electronic bids for the construction of Flotation Canal Pavilion will be received by the Greater Lafourche Port Commission located at 16829 East Main, Cut Off, LA 70345 until 2:00 PM local time, October 27, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Any Express Mail sent via UPS or FedEx will be received at 131 E. 91st Street, Cut Off, LA 70345. Electronic bids must be submitted through www.centralauctionhouse.com prior to electronic bidding deadline.
The Project consists of construction of a 180’ x 80’ Pavilion along Flotation Canal Road.
The cost estimate for this project is $ 1,200,000.00
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for October 12, 2021 at 2:00 PM and will be held at the Greater Lafourche Port Commission Operations Center located at 180 A. O. Rappelet Road, Fourchon, LA.
No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds a Louisiana State Contractor's License in Building Construction, in full force and effect and in compliance with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and Louisiana Public Bid Law.

Bidder’s cost for each set of documents is $50.00, which is the cost of reproduction. Deposits on the first set of documents, furnished to bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents, in good condition, no later than 10 calendar days after receipt of bids. All sets furnished to subcontractors and suppliers will be non-refundable. Good condition is defined as free of all pencil, pen, highlighter, and other marks, free of significant tears, and free of missing sheets or pages. Partial sets of documents will not be issued.
