Bids must be received on or before the time and date stated for opening bids. Sealed bids may be delivered to Drew Edwards, Business office, MCC Hardin Hall. No bid may be withdrawn after opening of bids for a period of 30 days.
Bids submitted in excess of $50,000.00 by a prime contractor or subcontractor must comply with Sections 31-3-13 (f), Mississippi code of 1972 as amended by Chapter 505, General Laws of Mississippi of 1985, by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from State Board of Public Contractors.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive informalities.
