NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
Notice is hereby given that the Vernon Parish Police Jury, PO Box 1548, Leesville, Louisiana, 71496, will receive sealed bids until Monday, February 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.  Bids will be publically opened and read aloud; bids received after specified closing time will not be accepted.  All interested parties are welcome at bid opening.  Bid specifications may be viewed online and bids may be submitted online at www.centralbidding.com.
 
IMPORTANT:  BID ENVELOPE MUST BE MARKED WITH ITEM BEING BID, DATE, AND TIME OF BID OPENING, AND CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE NUMBER (if applicable).

Bid specifications, for any item listed below may be obtained at the Vernon Parish Police Jury, 300 S. 3rd Street, Leesville, Louisiana, by calling 337.238.0324, or by emailing [email protected].
 
Reclaimed Asphalt:  price per yard to be picked up by the parish at site – materials shall be loaded onto parish trucks by the low bidder.  Amount required is approximately 3,000 to 5,000 yards.   

Bottom Ash:  price per ton, economizer bottom ash and regular bottom ash, FOB pit, for the year 2015.  

Regulatory Signs:  Bids are for regulatory and warning signs, flashing solar beacons, steel posts, bolts and nuts.  Bids should include delivery to 602 Alexandria Hwy, Leesville, LA. Signs shall be purchased from an approved DOTD fabrication plant.
