PROPOSAL NO. 50-112446 ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT FOR A SUPPLY OF COUPLINGS, RESTRAINING DEVICES, AND RELATED GASKETS FOR THE JEFFERSON PARISH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, WATER AND ALL JEFFERSON PARISH AGENCIES AND MUNICIPALITIES
