OFFICIAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 
HYDRONIC PUMPS AND VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES
 
This advertisement is for public bid of two (2) hydronic pumps and two (2) frequency drives to support the chilled water infrastructure on the North Oaks Medical Center Campus.
 
North Oaks Health System requires that all bids be submitted electronically through Central Auction House at www.centralauctionhouse.com. For questions related to submitting bids electronically please call (225) 810-4814.
 
Bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday, February 29th at 9:00 a.m. in the Material Services Department of North Oaks Medical Center located at 15790 Paul Vega MD Drive, Hammond LA 70403.

DETAILED SPECIFICATIONS
Complete Bid Documents for this equipment are available in electronic form. They may be obtained without charge and without deposit from Gary Vinyard or Central Bidding. Printed copies are not available from Gary Vinyard, but arrangements can be made to obtain them through most reprographic firms. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. Questions about this procedure shall be directed to Gary Vinyard.

BID CRITERIA
Bids must include any and all shipping and handling costs.
Bids must include and describe the full manufactures warranty.
Bid must NOT include any tax.  North Oaks Health System is tax-exempt, thus any applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the bidder.

10,400 GPM @ 160 ft head. 

VARIABLE FREQENCY DRIVES, QUANTITY OF TWO (2) 

460/3 phase Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) in NEMA 1 Enclosure.
