Advertisement for Bids – Northwest Park Renovation
Nabholz Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids on Thursday, March 30, 2023, for the City of Rogers Northwest Park Renovation. Bids will be received at 2:00 PM. Bid submissions should be addressed to the City Clerk @ 301 W. Chestnut St., Rogers, AR 72756, in a sealed envelope marked “Northwest Park Renovation”. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City of Rogers’ Community Room, located at Rogers City Hall, 301 W. Chestnut Street and via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83772173561. Bids received after the indicated date and time will be rejected.
A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least 60 days.  Any questions or RFI’s regarding this project must be sent in writing to [email protected] by 12:00 noon on March 22, 2023. Project Description: The project consists of new buildings as part of the updates to the existing Northwest Park including a concession building, press boxes, batting cage buildings, and a new maintenance building.

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager’s Manual.
