Evangeline Parish School District is seeking category two services for Internal Connections for all eligible E-Rate entities and/or Non-Instructional Facilities (NIFs) as noted on the 2020- 2021 E-Rate Eligible Services List.  Evangeline Parish is seeking proposals from E-Rate Eligible Vendors for the following:  EPSD is requesting Category 2 products to enhance the existing wireless network.  EVANGELINE PARISH SCHOOL BOARD AKA "DISTRICT" is seeking proposals for Category 2 Products and Services.  As of October 1, 2019, the DISTRICT reported an enrollment of 5,762 PK-12 students.

The DISTRICT seeks bids for E-rate eligible internal connections, licenses, support warranties, and renewal of licenses.
 Bids may be uploaded to http://centralauctionhouse.com (Please check the site in ADVANCE for rules and fees for uploading to the bidding site(s). Submissions must be received no later than January 15, 2020 at 2:00 PM (CST). EVANGELINE PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT reserves the right to reject all proposals and waive any informality, technical defect, or clerical error in any Bid Proposal Package, as the interest of the EVANGELINE PARISH may require. Any proposer may withdraw his/her proposal, either personally or by written request, at any time before the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals.
