A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for Bidders in the Covington Conference Room
at St. Tammany Parish Hospital at 10:00 am, on Tuesday, the 23rd day of April 2019. All
Prime Bidders are required to attend the entire pre-bid conference to be eligible to
bid. Any prime Bidders arriving after the start of the pre-bid conference will not be
considered in attendance, and will not be eligible to bid. Although not required, Non-
Prime Bidders and material suppliers are urged to attend.
