ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO SELL
The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting sealed bids for the sale of six
(6) drug-seized vehicles; one (1) 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix, one (1) 2004 Pontiac Grand AM, one (1) 2005 GMC Truck,  one (1) 2004 Chevrolet Impala, one (1) 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe, one (1) 1999 Ford Mustang. We will be accepting bids until July 30th 2019 at 10:00am. Bids will be opened at the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office-Motor pool Department office at 137 Capital Blvd. Houma, Louisiana
The Vehicles, will be sold INDIVIDUALLY AND AS IS and will be located at the Sheriff’s Office Motor pool between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.
In submitting bids, bidder will fully understand that he/she is bidding on a vehicle, that carries no warranty or guarantee as to its conditions and that upon taking possession of the vehicle, bidder agrees to accept it in AS IS condition. In submitting bids, bidder also agrees to have payment made to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office within a period of 48 hours after bids are opened or the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office has the right to reject any and all bids.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY.
