Prices should not be included at this time. We are only looking to qualify bidders based on specs who will then participate in a reverse auction.

4. As for the iPad 10.9 keyboard case, do you require the keyboard and case to be integrated or detachable? Since these devices are intended for take-home student use, the keyboard must be integrated. 5. Do you require that each vendor send a sample of their own or will you accept one with all of their names listed on it? A single sample of each model being proposed will be fine. The included vendor list must specify the model each vendor is referencing.

1. What is the "in hands" (expected arrival requirement) date required for these cases? All items must be delivered no later than July 1, 2023. 2. What are the approximate quantities respectively? OSD is looking to purchase cases for approximately 3000 laptop and/or iPad devices. The exact number of each type will not be finalized until January. 3. Looking over the bid and seeing there are 2 cases (1 for iPad, a 2nd for Macbook Air). Will there be 2 auctions, 1 for each case? There will be one reverse auction to collect pricing for both the tablet and laptop cases.
