St. James Parish Government is hereby soliciting submittals of Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing Professional Engineering and Related Services to the Department of Operations for Storm Water, Back Water, Storm Surge, and Interior Drainage Improvements. The Parish wishes to contract with a firm to assist with surveying, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, engineering, and related services required by the Parish for the project. Statements of Qualifications shall be received up to October 3, 2025 at 10:00am; Convent Administration Building 5800 Hwy 44 Convent, LA 70723  3rd floor RM 311 . Statements of Qualifications will not be accepted after the deadline. Interested firms [hereinafter “Respondents”] are instructed to submit a request for the entire packet by emailing St. James Parish Government at [email protected].
