Request for Qualifications for a HMGP Grant Application & Project Management will be received by the Police Jury, at the Vernon Parish Police Jury Building, 300 S. Third Street, Leesville, LA 71446 until 3:00 PM (Central Standard Time), Tuesday, October 11, 2016, and then at said time and at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
 
Vernon Parish is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified firms to conduct grant application development and project management work under FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program resulting from Federal Disaster Declaration 4263 (LA-Severe Storms and Flooding).  Project application(s) will be focused on flood mitigation activities.
