St. James Parish Government will be accepting sealed bids for a 2014 Heavy Duty Truck with 8-Yard Dump Body until 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2014, in the Office of the Operations Director, Parish Courthouse, Convent, Louisiana.
Dump Truck specifications and bid instructions are available from the St. James Parish Government, Office of the Operations Director, Parish Courthouse, Convent, Louisiana.
Interested parties of the above mentioned vehicle must submit a sealed and complete bid clearly marked – ST. JAMES PARISH DUMP TRUCK BID – to the Office of the Operations Director, Convent Courthouse, no later than 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.
Delivery, warranty, and availability of parts and service will be considered in the awarding of the bid.
The Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities.
