NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed Bids will be received by the LaSalle Parish School Board located at 3012 N. 1st Street/ PO Box 90, Jena LA 71342, until Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at 4:00pm for the following:
Walk-In Cooler/Freezer and Receiving Dock Project for
LaSalle Junior High School--Cafeteria
Urania, LA
Bid proposal forms, information and exact specifications may be obtained from the LaSalle Parish School Board office at the address listed above, or via our website www.lasallepsb.com. You may also obtain bid packet and bid electronically at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Sealed envelopes containing bids must be marked “BID ENCLOSED – LaSalle Junior High School Cafeteria Project 2020” may be mailed or delivered to the Attention: Mrs. Janet Tullos, Superintendent to the address listed above. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 4:00pm. No bids will be received after the date and hour specified.
Sealed bids must Include: Certificate of Liability Insurance (minimum of $1,000,000), Certificate of Workers’ Comp (minimum of $1,000,000), and Commercial Building Construction License.
