INVITATION:  Sealed bids, subject to the conditions herein stated and attached hereto, will be received at this office and via electronically through Central Bidding, www.centralbidding.com, until 3:00 p.m., Monday, January 9, 2023, local time, and then publicly opened, read-aloud, and taken under advisement for furnishing one or all of the services listed below:
District ELA Coach: Individual will provide ELA support for teachers and students throughout the remainder of the fiscal year. Support activities will include but are not limited to the following: mentoring, modeling, planning, pacing, reviewing data, developing resources, developing assessments, and conducting ELA bootcamps.

5th & 6th Grade ELA Coach: Individual will provide ELA support for 5th and 6th grade teachers throughout the remainder of the fiscal year. Some of the things that will be done to help will be mentoring, planning, pacing, reviewing data, making resources, making tests, and running ELA bootcamps specifically for 5th and 6th grade teachers and students.  

7th & 8th Grade ELA Coach: Individual will provide ELA support for 5th and 6th grade teachers throughout the remainder of the fiscal year. Some of the things that will be done to help will be mentoring, planning, pacing, reviewing data, making resources, making tests, and running ELA bootcamps specifically for 7th and 8th grade teachers and students.  

The Forest Municipal School District Board of Education shall openly meet at the Administrative Office Building of the Forest Municipal School District, located at 325 Cleveland Street, Forest, Mississippi, on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 5:15 pm (local time), at which time bids for the purchase of the aforementioned services shall be awarded to the vendor(s) who have the ability to perform all core services requested in this solicitation and who provide evidence of successful instructional support that best meets the instructional and academic needs of the teachers and students of Forest Municipal School District; however, the Forest Municipal School District Board of Education shall have the right to reject any and/or all of the bids submitted and to waive any irregularities.
