ORLEANS PARISH SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Request for Statements of Qualifications
Architectural and Engineering Services

The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office desires to obtain and hereby solicits the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications from Architectural and/or Engineering firms interested in providing design and contract administration services to the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office for:
Repairs and New construction Projects for the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office, New Orleans, LA.
The anticipated projects include multiple buildings, but are not limited to the following:

• Two single residential houses with historical significance at 728 S. Jeff Davis and 730-732 S. Jeff Davis, New Orleans, LA;
• Temporary kitchen facilities;
• Temporary Laundry facilities; and
• Other projects that have yet to be determined
Applicants shall submit the following to the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office, 2614 Tulane Ave., New Orleans, Louisiana 70119, not later than May 24, 2011 at 2:00pm (CST)

The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any or all applications and to waive any informalities. Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office is not obligated by this RFQ to select any applicant.

The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office will not accept applications submitted by fax. All applications must be received by the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office on or before the Delivery Deadline. The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office will not accept applications delivered after the deadline. The Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office will not credit delivery claims not clearly documented by original receipt.
