Is there anyway to access the RFP document without paying? We do not want to pay $100 just to view the RFP page.

Is there anyway to access the RFP document without paying? Small Vendors can't afford $100USD to just view and evaluate the RFPs. Requesting the authority to consider this.

We elected to use the Central Bidding platform to maintain fair, equitable, and consistent treatment to all prospective bidders. The only way to access the RFP document is through the Central Bidding platform.
