CONSTRUCTION BID NOTICE
 
The Beauregard Parish School Board will take sealed bids for the project: Singer High School – Cafeteria Renovations.  Bids will be opened at the Central Office located at 202 W 3rd St., DeRidder, LA at Bids 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 09, 2024.
 
Bid Information and specifications may be obtained from Moss Reed Architects, 3221 Ryan Street, Ste. B, Lake Charles, LA 70601 or (337) 433-8166, in representation of the Beauregard Parish School Board.  Bid Documents may also be obtained from www.centralbidding.com.
 
 
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site, 153 Highway 110 E, Singer, LA 70660.  Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not required, but is recommended for all bidders and subcontractors.
 
Return sealed bid to the Beauregard Parish School Board, P.O. Box 938, DeRidder, LA 70634 by certified mail, return receipt or hand deliver to Kelli Stanard, Purchasing Agent, at Beauregard Parish School Board located at 202 W 3rd Street, DeRidder, LA, by 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 09, 2024.
