POUR IN PLACE SAFETY SURFACE REPLACEMENT
 
 
Bids will be received by the City of Brandon for a POUR IN PLACE SAFETY SURFACE REPLACEMENT at City Park in the following manner:
Bids will be accepted until 9:00 A.M. on Friday, March 1, 2024 by electronic submission or sealed proposal. All bids must comply with the specifications provided which may be obtained by contacting the office of the City Clerk at 601-825-5021, located at 1000 Municipal Drive, Brandon, MS or downloaded at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids may also be submitted through Central Bidding. For questions relating to the electronic process, please call Central Bidding at (225)810-4814. Sealed bids submitted to the office of the City Clerk, 1000 Municipal Drive, Brandon, MS must be in a sealed envelope with bid #2024-1 noted in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope and the bidder’s certificate of responsibility number must appear on the exterior of the bid envelope. 
The project scope is for the Bidder to furnish all labor, materials and equipment required to accomplish the installation of a new Pour in Place Safety Surface at the Brandon City Park playground, located at 1463 West Government Street, Brandon, MS 39042. 
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and to waive informalities.
