ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PER SPECIFICATIONS
The St. Tammany Parish School Board offices located at 321 N. Theard Street are currently closed to the public per Louisiana Governor’s Proclamation Number JBE 2020-30. Sealed bids will be received in the drop box on the South side of the School Board Offices (23rd Avenue side). The drop box will be checked at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2020. Bids must be hand delivered to this drop box or submitted electronically. Please find bid related materials and place electronic bids at www.centralbidding.com. FedEx, UPS and USPS are not necessarily delivering to this address on a regular time schedule since the building is closed. All bidders shall be responsible for the timely delivery of their bids. Bids received after the date and time specified above will not be accepted.
In accordance with the Governor’s Proclamation, the bid opening will be closed to the public. Bid opening participation will be available via a telephone conference. If you would like to listen to the bid opening, please send your email address to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours before the designated bid opening for the telephone numbers, meeting ID and password to join the meeting.
Samples, where called for, must be received before 2:00 P.M. on June 4, 2020. To make an appointment to drop off samples, contact email@example.com. Each sample shall be labeled with bidder’s name, bid number, bid line number and item number, name brand, model number and manufacturer brand. Samples submitted must be the exact product(s) to be delivered should the bid be awarded (i.e. color, size or thickness). Bidders will be notified when samples can be picked up after evaluation. Failure to provide requested sample(s) within specified time may be sole cause for rejection of bid.
