REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
Notice is hereby given that sealed Qualification Statements will be received by the City of Gonzales for:
Monitoring and Management of Disaster-Generated Debris Removal
The City of Gonzales invites interested firms, qualified to provide contract monitoring and management of disaster-generated debris removal services to submit a Statement of Qualifications. The City intends to select one firm and award a contract to be used in the event a federally declared disaster results in contract debris removal. Firms will be evaluated based upon professional qualifications, specialized experience, cost reasonableness, and technical competence related to FEMA project management performed after previous disasters.
Proposal packages can be obtained from the City of Gonzales Government via email request to email@example.com . Please review the proposal package and comply exactly with the request, which is to be submitted in one (1) original binding sealed proposal, three (3) bound copies, and one (1) electronic copy of proposal.
Proposals will be received by electronic delivery, mail carrier, or hand delivery until 10:30 a.m. CDT, on Monday, May 17, 2021 at City of Gonzales, 120 S. Irma Blvd., Gonzales, LA 70737. Proposals will not be accepted after the established deadline. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked as “Proposal Enclosed for: Monitoring and Management of Disaster-generated Debris Removal for City of Gonzales” on the outside of the envelope.
