Material will need to be trucked. For purpose of bidding the assumption is 1400 cubic yards. Final quantity will vary.

Instructions to bidders states that bids may be submitted through the Central Bidding system, but Orleans Levee District is not listed with the surety clearing house for electronic bid bonds. How are we to submit bid bonds? Is it acceptable to scan the bid bond and power of attorney and attach with the other bid documents?

It is acceptable to scan all needed documents (bid bond, power of attorney, corporate resolution, bid form etc..) and submit as 1 pdf via central bidding website.
