Listing Information/Advertisement:
A. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. The removal of existing coal tar roof and install new 2 ply bituminous roofing system per specifications. Install new standing seam roof system over existing raised sections of roof.
B. Alternate Number 1: Provide price, labor and materials, to install high reflective roof system.
C. Type of Contract
1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
