Scope of work includes (complete specifications available to download):
 
Furnish and install one 500 KW Diesel Generator with one 1000 amp and one 2000 amp 3 pole breakers to Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Dept. located at 1203 South 4th Street, Leesville, La. 71446.

Generator shall have a double wall diesel tank with 48 hour run time.
Install concrete pad with 24” X 24” X 24” footing with rebar around perimeter of new pad as required for new generator. Remaining pad will be six inches thick.
Relocate existing generator to Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office Annex located at 203 South 3rd. Street, Leesville, La. 71446 and reconnect to existing transfer switch and recommission start up.
Provide start up, load bank testing and commissioning of new generator system.
Furnish and install a new annunciator in office.
Furnish and install additional circuits and control wiring as needed for a complete operating system.

Bid envelopes MUST be sealed and marked on outside with company name, item being bid, and date and time of bid opening. Failure to seal and mark bid envelopes correctly will result in your bid being rejected.
