Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) Monday, April 29, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project Lawn Care Services will be held at 101 Near Street, Jackson, MS 39203 on April 12, 2024, 3:00 P.M.  Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.
 
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened. Proposal forms and detailed specifications may be obtained free of charge by emailing [email protected], calling (601) 973-8582, or documents may be picked up at the above address.

Until further notice, all hand delivery proposals delivered between 9:00 a.m. until 9:59 a.m. (local prevailing time) the date the bid is scheduled to open, must be delivered to JPSD Board Room, 621 South State Street, Jackson, MS 39201. All bid openings will be recorded and uploaded to the JPSD web site at www.jackson.k12.ms.us at YouTube: JPSITV for public viewing. Due to COVID 19, vendors will not be allowed to sit in on bids openings.
