Can you confirm that firms may submit as both a prime and a subconsultant?
SDUFFY on 16-Dec-2021 12:28:51 PM CST
Will the prime be submitting as a sub under a different prime?
eschilling on 16-Dec-2021 12:47:42 PM CST
Yes, Firm 1 would submit as a prime. Firm 1 would also submit as a sub to Firm 2. Is this acceptable?
camiros_312 on 20-Dec-2021 2:46:09 PM CST
The SOQ requires the following experience: (a) At least one (1) person who has at least five (5) years’ experience in urban planning; and (b) A professional in charge with certification by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). However the TEC Questionnaire on this site asks for the qualifications of an architect/engineer/surveyor. Could you clarify if an architect/engineer/surveyor is required to prime?
