Can you please confirm the project address for the JPSO Chiller Replacement? The bid manual under the pre-bid conference sections states that the site is located at 1801 Westbank Expressway, but the drawings have the 1233 Westbank Expressway address. Please advise which is the correct project address for the bid documents, thank you!

Is the Non-Collusion Affidavit required with bid submission or post-bid of the lowest bidder? It is not listed on either checklist.
