Notice is hereby given that a sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be received by the Lafayette Parish School System by the Purchasing Department located at 113 Chaplin Drive, Lafayette, LA 70508. Delivery to any other department other than the Purchasing Department is unacceptable and may result in non-consideration of the proposal.
 
Sealed proposals will be received until November 2, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. CST for:
                       
                        Professional Development for District and School Level Instructional Teams
                        RFP #46-19
                       
 
The RFP #46-19 is to obtain a proposal from a reputable firm to provide a comprehensive program for professional development to include common leadership practices, building common systems and supports for tier 1 instruction, and supporting teachers to develop and implement high quality classroom assignments within Lafayette Parish School System.
 
A Request for Proposal package may be obtained from the Purchasing Department website at www.lpssonline.com/site638.php or via Central Auction House (registration required) at https://www.centralauctionhouse.com.
 
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on October 25, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. CST in the LPSS Board Room located at 113 Chaplin Drive Lafayette, LA 70508.
 
On November 2, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. CST, only the name of the proposal respondents will be read aloud in the Personnel Conference Room.
 
The Lafayette Public School System strongly encourages the participation of minority business enterprises in all contracts or procurements let by the Board for goods and services.  To that end, all contractors and suppliers are encouraged to utilize minority business enterprises in the purchase of sub-contracting of materials, supplies, and services in which minority owned businesses are available.
 
The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
