Greenwood Utilities (“Owner”) is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and removal of two (2) used 2,500 kVA three?phase padmount transformers. Assets are offered AS?IS/WHERE?IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Bidding and Reserve Structure

Bidders may submit prices for Unit A, for Unit B, and/or a combined price for Both Units.
Reserve (minimum acceptable price): $90,000.00 per transformer; $180,000.00 for both units together.
Pickup deadline: within 90 calendar days of Notice of Award.Award Basis: Owner may award per unit or for both units together to the combination of responsive, responsible bid(s) that maximizes total proceeds to Owner while meeting the applicable reserve(s). Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or cancel this ITB in the best interest of Owner.

Additional Notes/Requirements

Removal, Loading & Transportation. Buyer is solely responsible for all labor, rigging, equipment, packaging, loading, and transportation. Pickup must occur within 90 calendar days of award, during Owner’s normal business hours and by appointment. Failure to remove by the deadline may be treated as default; Owner may retain the equipment and/or payments as liquidated damages and may re?award.
