REQUEST FOR BIDS
CITY OF COLUMBUS
FLEET LEASING PROGRAM
 
The City of Columbus is accepting sealed bids for leasing, fleet management and potential additional services as defined in the Scope of Services until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2022. 
 
Bids may be mailed to the City of Columbus, ATTN: Pat Mitchell, P. O. Box 1408, Columbus, MS  39703 or can be delivered to City Hall, 2nd Floor, 523 Main Street, Columbus, MS  39701. Bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, “SEALED BID FOR FLEET LEASING PROGRAM TO BE OPENED JUNE 2, 2022.” Failure to comply will cause the bid to be disqualified. Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at
www.centralbidding.com . Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.

The City of Columbus reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bidding process.
