Sealed proposals for the construction of a raw water intake structure will be received by the St. James Parish Council, St. James Parish, Louisiana, until 2:00 pm, local time on Wednesday May 27, 2015 at the Office of the Parish President, Convent Courthouse, Convent, Louisiana, at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any proposal received after the announced closing time will be returned unopened.
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the Bidder's name, address and State Contractor's license number and must be addressed to the following:

Failure to have the license number on the envelope will be cause for not opening the proposal.
