Sealed bids will be received by the Hattiesburg Public School District at the School District Administrative Offices in the Board of Trustees Conference Room located at 301 Mamie Street, Hattiesburg, S  39401 until 10:00 am on February 17, 2023, at which time all proposals will be opened and read aloud for:

HVAC Replacements, Repairs and Re-roof for Hawkins Elementary School and Improvements to Camp Administration Building

Bid documents may be obtained from Albert & Robinson Architects via Plan House Printing at https://www.ar-architectsprojects.com.  Login information (username and password) will be provided by Plan House Prnting at 601-336-6378.  Bid documents are available in hard copy form for a fee of $300.00 per set of documents, made payable to Albert & Robinson Architects.

A Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Hawkins Elementary School.  Attendance by all Bidders is strongly encouraged.
