Catahoula Parish School Board will be accepting sealed bids for the supply of the following for July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017:
 
8.5“ X 11” White Copy Paper
               
Bidder must be able to deliver to all Catahoula Parish School and Central Office locations on an as needed basis. Bids must not have any minimum order requirements.  Bids must include freight.
 
Bids will be received until 4:00 P.M., Monday, June 6, 2016.  Bids will be opened and read aloud at the regular public meeting on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at 6:00 P.M.
 
Bids must be hand delivered, sent by certified mail, or sent by a carrier that requires a delivery signature to Christi Lofton, Business Manager, Catahoula Parish School Board, P.O. Box 690, 200 Bushley Street, Harrisonburg, LA  71340. All bids must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope that a bid is enclosed.
 

Additional Notes/Requirements

Must be able to deliver to Central Office address listed in bid notice along with school locations listed on the attached document.
