NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA), located at 211 East Devalcourt Street, Lafayette, Louisiana, on Friday, October 12, 2018 until 4:00 p.m. central daylight savings time, and publicly opened for the purchase of one (1):        

 
2019 Mid-Sized Sports Utility Vehicle meeting or exceeding the required specifications
 
Bids received after the above specified time or from vendors further than a 25-mile radius of 211 East Devalcourt Street, Lafayette, LA shall not be considered.  Bid winner must be able to deliver the vehicle within 90 days of bid award.
 
Copies of the specifications and bid documents are available at the Lafayette Economic Development Authority (LEDA), located at 211 East Devalcourt Street, Lafayette, Louisiana. Telephone number (337) 593-1400 (Attn: Pamela). Bid information is also available online, and electronic bids may be submitted online at http://www.centralbidding.com.
 
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least forty-five (45) days after the time scheduled for the opening of bids.  Each bid shall be submitted only on the bid form provided with the specifications. 
 
Bids will be evaluated by the purchaser based on cost, quality, adaptability to the use intended and delivery time of the material.  The Lafayette Economic Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portions thereof, to waive informalities and to select the material that best suits its needs.
