The Chennault International Airport Authority will be accepting sealed bids at its office located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., for:

LANDLOCKED WAREHOUSE/SHOP

CIAA PROJECT #2020-31
 
Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Vincent-Shows-Gautreaux, Architects, APALLC (VSG Architects), 1502 S. Huntington Street, Sulphur, LA 70663, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Friday (337-527-8137).
 
Official Bidding Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.

Each bidder must provide proof of capacity to provide a payment and performance bond in accordance with the specifications. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be furnished with the bid.
 
A Pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at the office of the Authority located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
 
The Chennault International Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids for just cause.
