Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified firms to provide the Parish of Jefferson, East Bank Carnival/Mardi Gras Reviewing Stands for 2019 and 2020 for the Jefferson Parish Department of Citizen’s Affairs.
 
The Department of Citizens’ Affairs solicits the construction of reviewing stands for East Bank Carnival participants, including Parish Administration, Parish Council, Carnival Krewes, and the General Public.
 
All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vendor’s technical proposal, qualifications and experience, financial profile and proposal responsiveness and other criteria more specifically defined in the RFP document.  The maximum total points for each proposal are set at 100 points
