Is this a publisher specific bid because of the components required (all or none)? Our WL progams do not have a separate Grammar or a Literacy workbook for our Spanish WL materials. We can add a Grammar and Literacy workbook that are not specific to our core Spanish program. Please clarify.

The bidding body must exhibit that it is authorized to do so and is doing business in the State of Louisiana and must provide proof of all necessary licenses, assurance and bonds that are required by the State of Louisiana. Can we seek clarity? We are registered with the Dept of Revenue for Income Tax, Sales Tax and Withholding. We are also registered with the Dept of Labor for Unemployment Insurance. Can we send our tax and UI registrations instead?
