Sealed bids will be accepted and publically opened for the purpose of providing the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office with an x-ray scanner.  

Please use the public message board for any questions or concerns.  This allows for 100% transparency in our process.  The last day for questions is May 20, 2022.  Remember to use the checklist to make sure that all of the information requested is provided in your submission so the award can be timely.  Forms are downloadable below.  The sealed response envelope should have the company submitting and the bid number (which is #325454) legibly written on the outside.  It is expressed that the bid is the MINIMUM set of needs for this equipment.  It has been requested that multiple warranty options be included in the response.
