PUBLIC NOTICE 
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
 
Chennault International Airport Authority is requesting proposals for Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Services.
 
The responses to Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Services Request for Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 29, 2022.  The responses to the Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted according to the requirements listed in the RFP.  Interested firms may obtain an official RFP package via Chennault International Airport Authority or Central Bidding, which includes all correspondence regarding this RFP.
 
Official Bidding Documents may be obtained from Chennault International Airport Authority, 3650 Senator J Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, LA 70615, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (337-491-9961).
 
Official Bidding Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
 
ONLY THOSE FIRMS THAT HAVE OBTAINED THE OFFICIAL RFP PACKAGE WILL BE CONSIDERED BY CHENNAULT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY. LATE OR INCOMPLETE SUBMISSIONS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
